El Bosch is a rural property in Mallorca, where the old finca is not allowed to be changed. Therefore this design was conceived to allow for outdoor living during the hot summer months.
The design attempts to connect the two levels by adding better access and circulation from the parking areas and the house. Together it comprises of a built in kitchen, dining area and lounge space, with everything built from the local natural stone and plaster while incorporating local fabrics and native plant species for shading.
Beginning from a concept sketch and mood boards to show materials and ideas, I used Revit and photoshop to bring the ideas to life.
